Small group workshops offering a grounding space to write about your daily life and anything else using expressive writing and a playful, open approach.
No experience necessary.
Sessions will explore short timed creative prompts from everyday life and objects with an emphasis on particular themes such as nature, music and food. The focus is on writing as process: it’s not about correct spelling or punctuation, becoming a professional writer or finishing a novel.
Participants will be encouraged to write in a way that feels natural for them, without pressure to share.
Through time the workshops aim to create a supportive, multigenerational community that shares bursts of where their writing has taken them and grows in new ways.
